At Salzburger Hof Leogang tradition and regionality are our top priorities. That’s why we love to serve regional cuisine. For example, fresh organic eggs from the organic farm Enn in Leogang can be found at our breakfast buffet. In the evening during the 4-course menu you can always choose a regional main course made with local ingredients. All our dishes are topped off with fresh herbs from our hotel garden.
We also emphasize more sustainability in our restaurant. We have already managed to make our breakfast buffet plastic-free zone. We also consciously choose smaller portion sizes for our courses, with the option of always ordering more portion in order to reduce food waste.
