In order to make our cuisine even more varied and tasty, we have introduced various theme days each week with delicious specialties for breakfast, afternoon buffet and evening menu.

We focus on culinary experiences, therefore our chefs prepare most of the weekly highlights directly in front of our guests at the show kitchen.

Additionally, at the dinner menu, you can choose out of four main courses with daily a vegetarian, regional and light option, as well as a fish platter.

Breakfast Highlights

At Salzburger Hof Leogang, culinary variation starts already in the morning at the breakfast buffet. Therefore, our cook prepares omelets, fried eggs or pancakes right in front of the guests. Each day, there are different breakfast specialties in our show kitchen. Be ready for our different theme days, like English, French, Italian or Bavarian breakfast.

In the afternoon

The choice of dishes does not only vary in the morning, but also at our afternoon buffet, every week there are some special delicacies awaiting you. Highlights are our Pasta afternoon or a special Wraps day.

4-course dinner menu

In the evening our versatile 4-course menu is waiting for you. Here you can choose from four different main courses every day, whereby you will find a vegetarian, a sporty and a regional alternative as well as a fish plate for a choice. In addition to the menu, our kitchen team has come up with other special treats for you that takes place once a week.

  • Italian evening – varied antipasti buffet
  • Kaiserschmarrn dessert buffet – freshly prepared Kaiserschmarrn with apple jam, plum jam and other supplements
  • Waffle buffet – delicious waffles with numerous toppings for choice as a dessert
