We will be happy to pick you up from the railway station in Leogang, Saalfelden or Hochfilzen.

From the hotel management to the staff, we make every effort to ensure that people with physical disabilities can enjoy their vacation with us. This starts with the barrier-free parking lot. From there, a paved path leads to the main entrance with a threshold of 3 cm and an automatic sliding glass door that offers sufficient space on both sides. Reception and rooms are fully accessible, the corridor to the room has a minimum width of 120 cm. The rooms have sufficient maneuvering space and wheelchair-accessible shelves. The bed height is 50 cm. In the sanitary area, you will find a wheelchair-accessible shower area with a shower seat of 50 cm and a toilet that can be accessed from both sides. All controls for heating, door openers etc. are barrier-free. Further equipment elements are available at reception. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

At the hotel, we offer an exclusive selection of Mondraker mountain bikes and Mondraker and Scott e-bikes to rent:

Mondraker mountain bike rental rates:

• Half day (until 12:30 or from 13:00): €15 per bike
• Full day: €25 per bike
• To participate in guided trips: €15 per bike
   

Mondraker e-mountain bike rental rates:

• Half day (until 12:30 or from 13:00): €25 per bike
• Full day (six hours): €45 per bike
• To participate in guided trips: €25 per bike

Scott e-mountain bike rental rates:

• Half day (three hours): €30 per bike
• Full day (six hours): €55 per bike

Your room is available for check-in from 14:00 on the day of your scheduled arrival. If you arrive early, you are welcome to use our changing and storage facilities while waiting for your room to be ready. The wellness areas can be used from 10:00 on arrival day.

We request that you vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of your scheduled departure so that we can prepare your room for the next guests. On departure day you can use the wellness areas until 13:00 free of charge. Late check-out is possible for a surcharge upon request.

House-trained dogs are welcome to stay with you in any of our rooms with wooden floor. Please bring a blanket or your dog’s own bed as the hotel furniture, including beds and sofas, are reserved for humans only. The fee is €25 per night and dog, excluding food.

Please understand that we may charge for the final cleaning of your room.

Please note that due to hygiene regulations your four-legged friend is not allowed into the spa areas. If you wish to take your dog with you to dinner, we will be happy to reserve a table in the Sonnberg restaurant area on request.

Plenty of parking is available for free at the hotel. We will also be happy to reserve a space for you in our garage. The surcharge is €12 per night per space. There are in total 5 electric charging stations available.

A free parking ticket for the parking space on the south side of the hotel is available at the reception.

Cancellations must be made in writing directly to the Salzburger Hof Leogang. In order to spare you the expense of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Terms and conditions:

• Cancellation is free up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Exception from 01.02.2025 - 08.03.2025 & 24.12.2025 - 04.01.2026 & 01.02.2026 - 28.02.2026: In this case, cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
• From 14 days before arrival we charge 70% of the travel price. 
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, we will charge you 100% of the travel price. Please note that the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
• Deposit conditions: Usually no deposit is required if a valid credit card is provided when booking. From 01.02.2025 - 08.03.2025 & 24.12.2025 - 04.01.2026 & 01.02.2026 - 28.02.2026 a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking.
