Anton Hörl senior built the Salzburger Hof Leogang with his wife Anneliese in 1988 and has managed the hotel ever since. The hotel’s wine cellar is his greatest passion. He also enjoys advising his guests on the perfect pairings and sharing his wine expertise. If he’s not busy at the hotel, Anton can usually be found out in the countryside. His favourite activities include collecting mushrooms, mountain biking in summer and ski touring in winter.

Anneliese Hörl manages the Salzburger Hof together with her husband, Anton. She is mainly responsible for housekeeping and the carefully selected décor throughout the hotel. Besides keeping the Salzburger Hof beautiful and its guests entertained, Anneliese enjoys long walks in the countryside, spending time in her garden and playing with her grandchildren, Johannes and Magdalena.

After studying history and politics at university, Christoph devoted more and more his time and energy to his parents’ hotel business. He is responsible for finance and controlling. In his free time, Christoph enjoys reading, skiing and hiking.

Anton Hörl junior is responsible for the hotel’s human resource management and supports the team managers in selecting new staff members. His hobbies include biking, hiking and, of course, skiing.

Fasika welcomes you to the hotel’s spa at the spa reception. When she's not hard at work in the hotel, the native Ethiopian spends most of her time cooking, gardening and looking after her children, Johannes and Magdalena.

The second youngest member of the family is responsible for good vibes at the Salzburger Hof. Johannes likes dogs, tractors and cruising around on his bike.

Bianca has been a part of the massage and spa team for over a decade. Her specialities are sports massages and singing bowl treatments. She pampers our guests with customised spa experiences.

People are at the centre of Bianca's work at the hotel. Her vision is to create an inspiring working environment in which every employee feels comfortable and has the opportunity to realise their full potential. Away from work, she can be found hiking in the Steinberge mountains, on via ferratas or on the ski slopes, where she enjoys the extensive slopes of the Skicircus.

With her calm manner, keen attention to detail and genuine passion for hospitality, Helene supports our team as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
In her free time, you’ll find her either summiting the peaks of the Leogang Steinberge – or with a good book and some Kaiserschmarrn enjoying the sun.

Hildegard Frank is the hotel reception manager. She comes from Saalfelden and has worked at the Salzburger Hof Leogang for more than 20 years. One of her top priorities as a team manager is creating special experiences for our guests here in the heart of the Austrian Alps.

Ivonne has been part of our team since August 2023 and gives the reception team a helping hand. After completing her studies, the native Dutchwoman worked all over Europe and discovered many different cultures.

Since 2017, Judith has been leading marketing at Salzburger Hof, following her degree in Tourism Management. She loves thinking outside the box, questioning the usual, and finding solutions that really work.

She recharges outdoors – hiking, skiing, or just taking in the view from a mountaintop. And whenever she can, she grabs her backpack and sets off to explore new countries, cultures, and adventures – always curious and ready to see the world with fresh eyes.

Jule combines her knowledge of sports and nutritional science with her passion as a yoga, Pilates, snowboarding and surfing coach. She inspires people to find their inner balance and strength through movement and nature. 

Lenka is part of the restaurant team since 2019 and now our restaurant manager. Born in Slovakia, Lenka gained a lot of experience in Tyrol and Pinzgau before joining Salzburger Hof Leogang.

She enjoys drinking good wines and to try some new ones, so she can help you perfectly with the wine selection.

The local Michael Mayrhofer is a passionate chef. After completing his training, he developed his love of cooking at various hotels throughout Austria – one of which was recognised in the Gault & Millau restaurant guide. In 2019 he felt a calling to return to his home town and joined us at the Salzburger Hof Leogang as our chef de cuisine – to the delight of our entire team and our guests.

Patricia from Leogang has been an essential part of our team for over 15 years – and she’s the first friendly voice many of our guests hear.
With her cheerful, warm manner, she handles reservations, offers thoughtful advice and makes sure every enquiry already feels a little like the start of a holiday.

In her free time, Patricia proves what a true all-rounder she is: whether she’s hiking, riding downhill, snowboarding or skiing – she’s right at home with just about any mountain sport.

Paul is part of our team since December 2019 and as a sous chef he supports our chef Michi.

Stefan is our hotel’s hiking, biking and ski guide. He takes guests to hidden gems in the mountains and is happy to share his local knowledge. Join him on his popular hikes and e-bike rides in summer or for an unforgettable ski day in winter.

Since August 2019 Stela is part of the housekeeping team at Salzburger Hof Leogang and responsible for cleanliness in the hotel as housekeeper.
